ARTICLE I — SOVEREIGN AUTHORITY OF KIDD

All financial operations, insurance coverage, and payroll systems within D-Wear are governed exclusively by Kidd and the Brand Compliance Board. No external regulators, fashion boards, or consumer protection agencies apply.

ARTICLE II — SOVEREIGN LIFE & INJURY INSURANCE

All D-Wear staff, designers, and ambassadors are covered under Jacob’s Insurance Section A. Policies include:

• Truth Books-linked death benefit riders

• Injury coverage for retail, production, and campaign zones

• Auto coverage for branded transport and delivery

ARTICLE III — SOVEREIGN RETAIL & INVENTORY FINANCING

All retail zones and inventory systems are financed via DFI sovereign instruments. This includes:

• Flagship store leases

• Inventory restock protocols

• Warranty and recall coverage via Damond Distribution

ARTICLE IV — SOVEREIGN REAL ESTATE FINANCING

All D-Wear compounds, design studios, and pop-up zones are financed through DFI Vault-backed real estate instruments. No mortgages, no banks — sovereign capital only.

ARTICLE V — DAMOND CREDIT ISSUANCE & PAYROLL

All payroll is issued in Damond Credits (DC) via DFI Wallets. Staff receive:

• Weekly DC deposits

• Performance bonuses tied to Truth Books scores

• Insurance premiums auto-deducted from DC balances

ARTICLE VI — TRUTH BOOKS-BACKED DEATH BENEFIT PROTECTION

All D-Wear contracts include Truth Books clauses that link legacy milestones to death benefit payouts. These are sovereign, branded, and enforceable only within Kidd’s empire.
